I know it’s been awhile and I told myself I need to post a blog post once a week and I’ve been having the hardest time with my mental health and other issues for awhile now. I’ve been trying to get out this funk for a long time and it’s been so extremely hard, and I’m trying to be strong for myself and my family.
I’ve been taking it one day at a time and trying to stay positive, so don’t be concerned about me. I’ve been trying to find ways to get my health back in order, taking care of my family and our home.
A lot has happened and sometimes I feel I’m not accomplishing anything and the days are passing me by.
I decided to get back into finding myself again and continue to figure out why I’m always depressed, go into self discovery mode and get back into the things I loved doing.
I used to be on prescription drugs for my ADHD, and Bipolar depression and decided to take myself off because they were not working for me. I took over 30 different prescription drugs throughout a 1 year span and I had enough. My health has worsened, and now I’m trying to find ways to get back into good health. Anyone would like to send me some information and help me with my journey?
Anyways, I’m going to continue to post some good content soon, and also getting my health back in order.
